PONDAN TIRAMISU CAKE MIX

Tiramisu is becoming popular in Asian society. This Italian supreme cake has a smooth mousse with soft cake texture and elegant taste. Pondan Cake Mix offers a fast and easy to prepare Tiramisu cake recipe.



Ingredients :
Wheat flour
Corn starch
Sugar
Skim milk powder
Baking powder
Emulsifier
Stabilizer
Salt
Vanilla flavor
Tiramisu flavor
Cocoa powder
Instant coffee


Inside the box, you will find :
Sponge Vanilla Cake Mix (315 g)
Tiramisu Mousse Mix (100 g)
Instant coffee (10 g)
Cocoa powder (10 g)

For making Sponge cake, you will need:
4 eggs (± 250 gr)
100 gr melted margarine


For making Tiramisu Mousse, you will need:
300 cc cold water


How To Prepare :
Beat eggs at high speed for 4 minutes until foamy. Add Sponge Cake Mix and Beat again at high speed for 6-7 minutes until thick.
Add cooled melted margarine then mix well with spatula. Grease inside baking pan with margarine then pour it on. Bake with medium flame for 30-35 minutes.
While waiting for baking process, Beat Tiramisu Mousse Mix with cold water at high speed for 6-7 minutes until thick and foamy, then put in on refrigerator. After baking is done, let the sponge cake cool. Peel the skin on sponge cake so that mousse can stick on the cake.
Cut the cake horizontally into 3 portion with equal height. Mix instant coffee with 1/2 mug of hot water until dissolved, then let it cool. Soak each of the cake with coffee.
Spread mousse on top of each cake. Stack up the cakes to become layer cake. Spread sides of layer cake with mousse.
Put some mousse inside piping bag. Decorate top of Tiramisu cake with mousse. Sprinke cocoa powder on top of cake. Put inside refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
