Tips : You could replace chocolate chips with sliced almond or hazelnut for toppings on Brownies or Cookies. Ingredients : Wheat flour Corn starch Sugar Skim milk powder Baking powder Emulsifier Cocoa powder Chocolate flavor Food color: Brilliant blue CI 42090, Yellow FCF CI 15985 & Carmoisine CI 14720 BROWNIES You Will Need : 150 g margarine 2 eggs 125 g chocolate block How To Prepare : Steam chocolate block with margarine until all are melted. Let it cool. Beat eggs with a hand whisk until foamy. Add cooled chocolate paste and Brownies Mix then mix well using a spatula. Pour it on 22x22 cm baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of Brownies dough Bake with maximum flame for 10-15 minutes. COOKIES You Will Need : 125 g margarine 1 egg 125 g chocolate block How To Prepare : STEAM chocolate block with margarine until all are melted. Let it cool. BEAT eggs with a hand whisk until foamy. ADD cooled chocolate paste and Brownies Mix then mix well using a spatula. TAKE 1 spoonful of Cookie dough, PUT it on baking pan. Take another spoonful and put it beside the first one (2 cm space between dough). REPEAT this step until all dough are used up. SPRINKLE chocolate chips on top of each Cookie dough. BAKE with maximum flame for 5-10 minutes.
