PONDAN PANCAKE & CREPES MIX

Pancake & Crepes is one of good choices of breakfast. PONDAN Pancake & Crepes is easy and fast to prepare. Pancake & Crepes goes along with every toppings you wish!




Ingredients :
Wheat flour
Corn starch
Skim milk powder
Sugar
Baking powder
Salt


PANCAKE (for 15 pieces of Pancakes)
You Will Need :
250 cc water
1 egg


How To Prepare :
Mix Pondan Pancake & Crepes Mix, water, and egg altogether, stir well using a hand whisk.
Preheat non sticky frying pan, pour 1 large spoon of batter into the center of pan. Cook until bubbles break on surface, turn and cook until golden. Repeat this step until all the batter used up (for 15 pieces of Pancake).
Serve with maple syrup or honey, or any toppings you want: whip cream, ice cream, chocolate sprinkle, cheddar cheese, chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, strawberry syrup, etc.


CREPES (for 30 - 35 pieces of Crepes)
You Will Need :
500 - 600 cc water
1 egg

How To Prepare :
Mix Pondan Pancake & Crepes Mix, water, and egg altogether, stir well using a hand whisk.
Preheat non sticky frying pan. Pour 1 large spoon of batter into the center of pan, let it spread all over the pan. Flattened the Crepes skin using a wooden spatula which is flat on its tip. The Crepes skin will be thin and crispy. Wait untuk the skin is half dried.
Fill the Crepes skin with garnishes (fried burge, sausages, chocolate sprinkles, or cheddar cheese) as desired. Then fold the Crepes skin (in the way we fold a dish towel). Your crunchy Crepes is ready to serve.
Repeat this step until the batter used up (for 30-35 pieces of Crepes).
