PONDAN CAKE DONUT MIX
Ingredients :
Wheat flour
Corn starch
Skim milk powder
Sugar
Emulsifier
Baking powder


You Will Need :
4 eggs (±250 gr)
5-6 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons melted margarine


How To Prepare :
Beat eggs at high speed for 4 minutes until foamy.
Add Pondan Special Vanilla Cake Mix then beat again at high speed for 6-7 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Add cooled melted margarine and stir well until even.
Fill donut mold with cake batter, then fry donut with medium hot oil till golden brown.
Ready to serve.
