PONDAN CLASSIC CAKE MIX

Pondan Classic Cake Mix is all purpose sponge cake mix. It is suitable for making various kinds of sponge cake (Mandarin cake, Chocolate sponge cake, Pandan sponge cake, Black Forest cake, etc.)

Tips :
Baking is done when toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Ingredients :
Wheat flour
Corn starch
Skim milk powder
Sugar
Emulsifier
Baking powder
Vanilla flavor


You Will Need :
4 eggs (±250 gr)
100 gr melted margarine


How To Prepare :
Beat eggs at high speed for 4 minutes until foamy.
Add Pondan Classic Cake Mix then beat again at high speed for 6-7 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Add cooled melted margarine and stir well until even.
Grease 22 cm baking pan with margarine then pour the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes on medium heat till done. Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting.
Ready to serve.


Serving Suggestion :
Serve cake with home made butter cream : Mix 100 gr shortening, 100 gr margarine, 3 tablespoons condensed milk, 2 tablespoons rhum, and 100 gr fine sugar altogether then beat at high speed for 15 minutes. Your home made butter cream is ready !
